Each item of my pottery is unique in that no automated process is involves in its production, therefore, the item received may not exactly replicate the photo used to describe the items purchased. It is, however, my desire that my clients are entirely happy with their purchase and, if you are not wholly satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss a replacement item or return.
I will be happy to offer full refunds or replacement of an item if notified within 14 days of the date of despatch.
To be eligible for a return, the returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged items should be dealt with via the shipping agent.
This Returns Policy extends only to items purchased through my website. Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. You will also notify that your refund request has been accepted or otherwise. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within the 30 days, Firstly contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at email@example.com

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over £50.00 in value you should consider purchasing postage/shipping insurance cover. Home
